The hotel is located right on the beautiful beach with crystal clear water. The gardens are well maintained with exotic plants. Guests can enjoy fresh pizzas from the restaurant's pizza oven. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning and some offer lovely sea views.

Some guests reported poor service from the staff.

Staff was, for most parts, quite friendly and helpful.

Nearly everything was very disappointing. There is not enough space for parking a car. Food was tasteless. Rooms were not clean. The hotel is not at the standard of a 4 star hotel from comfort and quality standpoints.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Tunisia, the beach was amazing with clear water and white sand. Location was great, shops were only a short distance away and easy to get to. The animation team kept us entertained with activities throughout the day.

The food was not great, we found it was not cooked properly and made us feel unwell. The hotel room was outdated and could have done with a refurbishment.

The lobby was very crowded we had the impression that it was a mall, The Staff was little bit rude. Not welcoming. only one receptionist during the shift despite the big number of customers. I spent more than an hour to check out because the receptionist doesn't know how to use credit card device, and my account was debited 2 times because of miss usage, had to contact my bank. Bathroom was dirty we Didn't find accessories (soap, shampoo, etc...). Room finishing very poor, interior design below average, AC had bad smell, luckily the weather was good so we opened windows. Food not varied they integrate food from previous day in the buffet. Value for money very bad, I wouldn't recommend this hotel in the future,

It was fair in general except that you have to wake up early to reserve the sunbeds on the beach because they are not enough for everyone. Breakfast is poor and you should run for dessert to get the good one. Need to improve the activity show for children

The hotel was in a great spot with lots of nearby activities. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly.

The food was poor quality and there was not much variety. The all-inclusive package was misleading as many items had to be paid for.
